This course is application-oriented with practical building projects that are specifically designed for each student’s local context. Hence the name ‘PrAcademic’ – a combination of practice and academics – design and real building.
16-week online course:
- Three interactive and live 2-hour sessions (mon-wed-fri) with multiple facilitators.
- From 28th September 2020 – 30th January 2021.
- Weekly 6 hours online
- Weekly 4-12 hours offline commitment
- Post-pandemic 2 days on-site orientation (Date of the Auroville Field Immersion Program would be announced during the Summit as well as additional fee charge).
- END OF 16TH WEEK: 1 DAY (8 HOUR) ONLINE DESIGN SUMMIT SHARING ALL MICRO-PROJECTS AND ASSIGNMENTS

Each student who successfully completes the PrAcademic program becomes a delegate who in turn spreads the the word about practical natural building with diplomatic zeal effectively leading regeneration projects in their local context.
Course objectives:

2. To equip students with the skills of integration & synthesis to have regeneration challenges
3. To develop local practical microprojects in regeneration across India and the world
4. To generate proactive diplomats for the emerging field of regenerative architecture in the world .

- Final Synthesis and Integration with Student-Collective’s Experience.
