Advancing Sustainable Urban Energy Transitions – September 2025

A third 3-day capacity-building program held in September brought together a new batch of participants to continue exploring sustainable urban energy transitions. Building on the same themes, the sessions explored urban decarbonization strategies through expert insights, case studies, and interactive simulations. Participants engaged with topics such as rooftop solar integration, battery storage, electrified cooking, and energy efficiency—culminating in a field visit to Auroville that showcased practical applications of renewable energy and community-led innovation.
