Julian Becker
Born in Germany Julian Becker, an approved ISA Member, cert ID: ML-0411A, moved to Auroville at the age of 6. He completed his GCSE A-levels in Auroville Schools and always enjoyed surfing and playing in the diverse forests provided by Auroville. Julian started working at TreeCare early 2005, at the time, the team was very different but the main ideology that attracts him to this work stayed the same. Trained by the pioneers of TreeCare he has climbed thousands of trees as well as faced many different situations and interesting challenges over the years. Being German he brings a structured mindset to the team, always vigilant, pushing for safety, efficiency and the highest standards for the TreeCare team. He now spends a lot of time spreading his knowledge and work ethic to new members and apprentices. For him the privilege of being outdoors and working with a great team as we helping to spread awareness on pruning and tree health inspires him.
