PVMI’s commitment to its employees is to create an environment where passion, expertise, entrepreneurship, and friendliness thrive. In November 2024, they organised a day out for some of their employees to discover and bond through sensorial experiences. The participants explored the sound garden, where all instruments are made from natural materials. They spent time reconnecting with the earth through a hands-on pottery activity and discovered the beauty in the eye of the artist while repurposing waste at OK Upcycling.
