A one-day learning visit to Auroville with 70 students and 6 faculty members from Shri Prince Maratha Boarding House’s College of Architecture, Kolhapur.
Through visits to Sacred Groves and the Auroville Bamboo Centre, participants explored ecological architecture using earth, lime, and bamboo, and experienced how sustainable design works in real, lived contexts.
I am grateful to being part of such amazing workshops. I would really appreciate the work of Ar. Manu for the future sustainable development using natural elements. We gain lots of insights from them. After that I would like to thanks to the bamboo workshop team who gave us amazing information and hands on experience. It was an amazing experience!
