Awareness Through Body (ATB) is a specialised practice that was developed in the schools of Auroville. It is a comprehensive curriculum of exercises that aims to raise awareness and enable you to become conscious of your own perceptions and abilities so that you may become self-aware and self directed individuals.
Capoeira is a martial art with Afro-Brazilian origins, it combines elements of dance, acrobatics, music and spirituality.
Kalaripayattu is a form of martial arts originated in Kerala which focuses on physical, mental and spiritual development.
